My name is Marie-Luise Kretschmer.
Trained as a designer and shaman, my work brings together design, craftsmanship, and shamanic practice. Clothing, jewelry, and ritual objects emerge from this connection, alongside the accompaniment of people through phases of change and reorientation.
This has become my profession — a meeting of craftsmanship, intuition, and traditional knowledge.
Design and shamanic practice follow the same attitude: listening, observing, perceiving. To the material, the body, and inner movements. Nothing is forced, nothing is rushed.
Through craftsmanship, patience, clarity, and respect for what is present are learned. Shamanic work mirrors this process — directed inward. The relationship between these two fields has grown organically. It is not a concept, but a lived practice.
This path is shaped by solid training, continuous learning, and above all by lived experience.
My intention is to accompany people through times of change and to offer grounding and orientation.
About Me:
I did not arrive at shamanism through curiosity, but through experience. Through questions that stayed with me. Through moments of rupture, transition, and inner resistance. Over time, I learned to remain present with myself, even when it was uncomfortable—to stop searching for explanations and to let understanding emerge gradually.
In my shamanic practice, I understand myself as a companion rather than a guide. I work with people who are moving through periods of change, facing demanding phases, or sensing that a former direction no longer sustains them. I use tools that have stood the test of time. They help bring recurring patterns into awareness—within relationships, the body, and inner experience—and open a way to look beneath the surface and understand where certain dynamics originate.
I do not claim to know the right way. I share what I have learned and lived myself—both in shamanic work and in craft. For me, both are ongoing practices rather than fixed knowledge. You explore the tools in your own way and decide what feels meaningful to you.
At its core, my work is about supporting people in moving toward greater inner clarity, personal responsibility, and freedom.
